2024 Charlotte E. Ray Honoree
The 2024 Charlotte E. Ray Award was awarded to Deneen Donnley, Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Consolidated Edison, Inc. at the MCCA Gala on October 15, 2024.
Deneen Donnley holds over 20 years of experience as a strategic legal and business leader for various Fortune 500 companies. She manages the legal and compliance team and leads the “law department of the future” initiative to encourage cross-functional engagement and strategic partnership between lawyers. Deneen has also been instrumental in formalizing and enhancing Con Edison’s Law Department Diversity & Inclusion Program, including HR practices, talent development, supplier diversity, metrics, and accountability for senior leaders.
2024 Employer of Choice Award Winners
MCCA honored three Employer of Choice winners from the following categories: Category A (1 – 50 lawyers), Category B (51 – 250 lawyers), and Category C (more than 250 lawyers). Winners exemplify inclusive leadership that drives real change in management and employees.

- Our VIP reception begins at 6:30 PM ET, and the Gala will open to all ticketholders starting at 7:00 PM ET for the seated dinner. General Admission (GA) ticketholders will participate in the seated dinner only.

MCCA Law Firm and Corporate Members: Please note as part of your company’s/firm membership benefits you may be entitled to a complimentary registration or a member discount rate.
For member complimentary registrations, members must obtain their complimentary codes from their “Company/Firm” and use them during registration. The complimentary codes should be entered in the discount code field at the Payment Page and members must click “Apply Now” to zero their balance.
For member discount rates to apply, members must select their “Company/Firm” from a drop down labeled “MCCA Law Firm/Corporate Members” during the registration process. The member discount rate will automatically be applied at the Payment page.

CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS:
Tickets are non-refundable. If you have paid tickets and are unable to attend the event we will provide a tax letter for your donation upon request. Please email sponsorship@mcca.com for tax letter request and/or questions.
