Deneen Donnley is Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Consolidated Edison, Inc., the energy company serving the 10 million people of New York City, Westchester, Orange and Rockland counties.
Ms. Donnley previously served as chief legal officer, general counsel and corporate secretary to USAA. She also previously served as the general counsel for USAA Bank.
Before joining USAA, Ms. Donnley worked at ING DIRECT as the senior vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to joining ING DIRECT, she served as an attorney for Pepper Hamilton LLP and a staff attorney with the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System.
Ms. Donnley serves on the Boards of Directors of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity, Girls Inc. of New York City, Fordham Law Alumni Association and Board of M1 Finance. She is a member of the Executive Leadership Council, Athena Alliance, and the Direct Women Board Institute.

Wanji Walcott is the Chief Legal and Business Affairs Officer at Pinterest and is responsible for leading Legal, Compliance, Public Affairs & Policy, Philanthropy, ESG and Community Operations.
As an experienced senior executive, Wanji advises the senior leadership and the board of directors and has extensive experience with corporate governance, fintech, technology & innovation, compliance, government relations, investigations, M&A, talent management, and diversity. Prior to joining Pinterest, Wanji served as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer at Discover Financial Services. As Chief Legal Officer, Ben Adams oversees Western Union’s global legal affairs, public policy and regulatory affairs, ethics, and privacy efforts, and offers strategic advice to executive leadership and the Board of Directors. Ben also serves as Chair of the Western Union Foundation, whose mission is to create economic opportunity for youth and people who migrate by empowering them with the education and resources needed to succeed in today’s global economy.
Joining Western Union from PayPal, where he served most recently as Chief Commercial and Intellectual Property Counsel, Ben brings an extensive understanding of the complex legal questions and business challenges often faced by global payments companies. While there he also held the roles of Chief Counsel for Product and Technology and Chief International Counsel. Prior to PayPal, Ben held senior legal positions at Microsoft and Nokia, and began his career in private practice.
Like many among Western Union’s Executive Team, Ben is a global citizen, having lived and worked in diverse countries including India, Finland, Cameroon, and England.

Executive Vice President Craig T. Beazer is the general counsel for Lincoln Financial Group. He oversees all activities for the legal, compliance, government relations and corporate secretary functions of the company, and provides strategic counsel to the CEO, senior management team and board of directors. He reports to Dennis Glass, president and CEO, and sits on the company’s Senior Management committee, which drives the company’s long-term strategy.
Before joining Lincoln, Beazer worked for Cleveland-based KeyBank, where he served as executive vice president, general counsel and corporate secretary. Prior to that, he held leadership roles at major financial services companies, including The Bank of New York Mellon, Bank of America Corp., and General Electric Capital Corporation. Adam serves as General Counsel and Secretary for Tyson Foods. In this capacity, he leads Tyson’s global Law & Compliance, Government Affairs, Internal Audit Services, Corporate Services and Aviation teams. His responsibilities include overseeing all legal matters globally, corporate governance, regulatory, federal and state government relations and policy, internal audit, and risk management. Adam most recently served as Senior Vice President, Head of Law and Compliance at Tyson before promoted to his current role. Adam is a member of Tyson Foods’ enterprise leadership team and reports to President & CEO Donnie King.
Prior to joining Tyson, he served as an attorney at The Boeing Company and was an attorney with the law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner. Adam also clerked for two federal judges — the Hon. Andrew J. Kleinfeld, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Hon. Paul C. Huck, Southern District of Florida.
Before pursuing a career in law and attending law school, he worked as a software engineer at Ciena Corp., a company that pioneered high-speed fiber optic switching.

Duane D. Holloway joined U. S. Steel in April 2018 to serve as Senior Vice President, General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary. He was appointed the additional role of Chief Ethics Officer in September 2018. At U. S. Steel, Mr. Holloway holds executive responsibility for all legal, ethics and compliance matters across the company. He is also responsible for environmental affairs, corporate governance and managing relations with the company’s Board of Directors.
Before joining U.S. Steel, Mr. Holloway served as Executive Vice President and General Counsel at Ascena Retail Group Inc., then the largest women’s specialty retail and fashion company in the U.S. During his time at Ascena, Mr. Holloway served as Global Chief Legal, Compliance, Sustainability and Diversity officer. As a member of the company’s senior leadership team, Mr. Holloway played a key role in the development and execution of the company’s revised business strategy and transformation program. He also led the transformation of those departments under his purview, significantly improving processes, service levels, outcomes, expense controls and levels of engagement. Mr. Holloway also oversaw the development of Ascena’s first-ever enterprise diversity function and strategy, in addition to a comprehensive corporate social responsibility and philanthropic program.
Previously, Mr. Holloway served as Vice President and Deputy General Counsel for Corelogic Inc., the leading global residential property information, analytics and data-enabled solutions provider. He oversaw members of the U.S. legal department advising on transactional, litigation, intellectual property, regulation, employment, antitrust, and governance matters. He also led the development of the department’s first-ever strategic plan.
Prior to joining CoreLogic, Mr. Holloway spent nine years at Caesars Entertainment Corp., the world’s largest gaming company at the time, where he progressed through increasingly responsible roles in the legal department before being named Senior Vice President and Chief Counsel, Operations and Litigation. In this role, he functioned as general counsel for the company’s global operations division, which included all casinos, resorts, hotels and other related holdings around the world, and helped lead the department’s continuous improvements to its operating model and strategy.
Mr. Holloway also practiced law at the firm now known as Hogan Lovells in Washington, D.C.
A native of Baltimore, Md., Mr. Holloway earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Virginia and received his law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Seth Krauss is the Chief Administrative Officer & Senior Counsel to the Board of Directors and Senior Management of Endeavor Group Holdings, and has served in that position since January 2024. Prior to this position, Mr. Krauss served as Chief Legal Officer of Endeavor from June 2014 until October 2023, and as Chief Administrative and Legal Officer of Endeavor from October 2023 to December 2023. In his role, he oversees Endeavor’s Legal, IT, Security, Health & Safety, and Facilities operations. Mr. Krauss is also the Chief Administrative and Legal Officer of TKO Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: TKO), a premium sports and entertainment company comprising UFC and WWE. TKO is majority owned and controlled by Endeavor. From March 2007 to June 2014, he served as the Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Take Two Interactive Software Inc. (Nasdaq). From March 2004 through March 2007 he served in the Legal and Compliance Division of Morgan Stanley, first as Vice President and Counsel and then as Executive Director and Counsel. From 1995 until joining Morgan Stanley in March 2004, Mr. Krauss served as an Assistant District Attorney and Senior Investigative Counsel in the New York County District Attorney’s Office. Hannah Lim-Johnson was senior vice president, chief legal officer and corporate secretary for Meritor, Inc. She joined Meritor in August 2020.
In this position, Lim-Johnson had responsibility for Meritor’s legal affairs, which included oversight of legal activities related to corporate governance, acquisitions and divestitures, litigation, business standards compliance, regulatory compliance and intellectual property. She also managed the global corporate legal and compliance department.
Lim-Johnson was most recently a senior vice president and chief legal officer at Kelly Services, where she was responsible for leading the strategic direction of the Law Department and Global Security functions. Linda Lu is Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel of Trans Union. Amy Fliegelman Olli served as the Executive Vice President & General Counsel for VMware. With more than 20 years of legal experience, Amy led VMware’s Global Legal team, which included VMware’s Ethics & Compliance and Global Government Relations organizations, and she championed the company’s commitment to integrity, ethics, compliance and risk management practices.
Prior to joining VMware, Amy served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Avaya. She led the Avaya Law and Global Contracting organization. Prior to Avaya, Amy held a similar position at CA Technologies and spent more than 18 years at IBM.

Rodney C. Pratt has over 20 years of experience and success leading global retail organizations as a trusted and strategic business executive and legal advisor. Rodney currently serves as the Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer of LVMH Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton Inc., the North America subsidiary of the French multinational conglomerate and world leader in luxury products and services. Rodney oversees the North American business, leads the LVMH North America legal team, and serves on the LVMH North America Executive Leadership Team. In his role, Rodney is responsible for strategic, tactical, and operational execution and oversight on the entire range of legal matters that typically confront a business unit within a major global consumer company. Rodney also supports LVMH Maisons, providing proactive and pragmatic legal counsel regarding worldwide regulatory, corporate, litigation and commercial matters.
Prior to joining LVMH, Rodney spent over 11 years at NIKE, Inc. While at NIKE, Rodney served for over six years as General Counsel of Converse Inc., a wholly owned NIKE subsidiary. In addition to his legal responsibilities, Rodney was a highly valued and respected enterprise leader and served as an inaugural member of NIKE’s externally focused Black Community Commitment Task Force and Co-Founder of the Converse Diversity Network.
Rodney is Co-Chair of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s Advisory Board. Rodney serves on the Board of Directors of Massachusetts Eye & Ear (MEE), a teaching hospital of Harvard Medical School and home to the world’s largest hearing and vision research center. Rodney is a Co-Founder and Board member of the Boston-based New Commonwealth Racial Equity and Social Justice Fund (NCF). Anne E. Robinson is IBM’s Senior Vice President and Chief Legal Officer.
Previously, she was general counsel of Vanguard, and secretary of the Vanguard funds. She was the managing director of the Office of the General Counsel, where she led Global Public Policy, Legal, Compliance, and Investment Stewardship.
Anne has extensive experience counseling boards of directors and senior executive teams on a range of legal, regulatory, and corporate governance matters across global markets. She joined Vanguard in 2016 from Citigroup, where she was managing director and general counsel for its global cards and consumer services business. She also served as managing counsel at American Express, holding a wide range of senior legal positions over her 10-year tenure at the organization. Prior to American Express, Anne served as counsel for Deloitte’s venture capital and global outsourcing organization and started her career in private law practice at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley, and McCloy.
She currently serves as an independent, non-executive director of National Grid plc and is a member of their Remuneration and Safety & Sustainability Committees.
Throughout her career, Anne has remained dedicated to advancing diversity in the legal field, for present and future generations. Her advocacy for underrepresented communities permeates her work as an industry leader. She serves on the boards of the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA), Children’s Rights, and the Ira M. Millstein Center for Global Markets and Corporate Ownership at Columbia Law School. In 2023, Anne was honored as a Legend in Law at the prestigious Burton Awards, recognizing her extraordinary contributions and impact within the legal profession.

Michael Tang is Senior Vice President, Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of Emerson. Tang has more than two decades of extensive legal and leadership experience. Prior to Optum, Denise led a team of attorneys and non-attorney litigation professionals at UnitedHealthcare in the coordination and management of legal, regulatory and compliance matters related to all lines of health insurance business where she advised insurance business units on issues related to antitrust, bankruptcy, behavioral health, claims reimbursement, contract disputes, employment, ERISA, Medicare, Medicaid, member privacy and provider disputes. She supported provider network and contract negotiation teams and led projects related to interoperability, budget, legal spend and law firm diversity.
Denise is committed to diversity and in 2012 founded the UnitedHealthcare annual diverse 1L summer internship program. She previously served as Chair of UnitedHealth Group’s Diversity & Inclusion Council and was selected by UHG Chief Legal Officer as a 2013 Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Fellow and a 2017-18 UHG Emerging Leader. She continues her commitment to diversity at agilonhealth, serving as the Executive Sponsor to the Pride@agilon LGBTQI+ Employee Resource Group, as well as being actively involved in many other diversity activities at the organization related to mentorship, sponsorship, education and recruiting.
