California Minority Counsel Program
Tara Bedeau has been appointed Executive Director of the California Minority Counsel Program (CMCP), and will lead the organization as it continues to promote diversity and advance an inclusive and just legal profession in California. Her major duties include program development, public relations, community outreach, recruitment, public speaking, event planning, fundraising, and marketing. Ms. Bedeau joins CMCP from Littler Mendelson, P.C., where she represented and counseled management clients in various labor and employment matters. Ms. Bedeau is a featured speaker and broadcast commentator, as well as an author. A graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, Ms. Bedeau received her J.D. with a concentration in Public Law from Cornell Law School.
