John E. Page has joined the Board of Directors of the Association of Corporate Counsel , the world’s largest organization serving the professional and business interests of attorneys who practice in the legal departments of corporations, associations, and other private-sector organizations. Mr. Page also serves as vice president, general counsel, and corporate secretary of Golden State Foods, Corp. Prior to this position, he practiced as a commercial litigator for more than eight years before taking in-house positions with Lucent Technologies and Avaya Inc. Mr. Page is a 1987 cum laude graduate of Pace University, receiving a B.A. in political science and a minor in history. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania, where he was an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
