Clement Osimetha was promoted to Vice President, Associate General Counsel of Mary Kay Inc. He will continue to lead the International Legal Team and be responsible for directing legal resources for Mary Kay’s increasing international operations. Osimetha joined Mary Kay Inc. in 2000, and demonstrated outstanding leadership and commitment while overseeing the legal operations of the company’s rapid international expansion. Osimetha also served on various task forces, including the company’s Culture Committee from 2004-2007, and co-chaired it in 2006.Osimetha earned a BBA in Finance from The University of Texas at Arlington and a J.D. from Southern Methodist University. He also served on the prestigious State Bar of Texas Board of Disciplinary Appeals
