SCOTUS Recognizes the Diversity and the Constitutional Rights of the LGBT Community

WASHINGTON D.C. – Today, the Minority Corporate Counsel Association (MCCA) President and CEO, Joseph K. West, released the following statement supporting the historic U.S. Supreme Court ruling legalizing gay marriage nationwide. The Supreme Court ruled 5-4 that the U.S. Constitution provides same-sex couples the right to marry, a historic triumph making gay marriage legal in all 50 states.

Joseph K. West stated:
