Jennifer Levy is a highly regarded member of Kirkland’s world-class litigation practice who has appeared before trial courts and arbitration panels across the country. Jenny focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, government investigations, pharmaceutical litigation and product liability cases. She has litigated a wide variety of cases including consumer protection actions, allegations of fraud and misrepresentation, breach of contract, business torts, product liability, antitrust, false claims qui tam actions, class actions and Multidistrict Litigation.
Jenny has represented marquee clients across industries, including Navient Solutions LLC, Wyndham Hotel Group, Teva Pharmaceuticals, R1 RCM, Baxter International, General Motors, Ranbaxy Pharmaceuticals, Zydus Pharmaceuticals, Brown & Williamson, ConocoPhillips, Barr Laboratories, BASF, Nationwide Insurance and Honeywell. She is currently co-lead counsel for Allergan in the nationwide opioid litigation, as well as lead counsel for two other major Firm clients in high-stakes Multistate Attorney General Investigations.
Jenny is deeply committed to pro bono work and community service in the Washington community. She serves on Kirkland’s Pro Bono Committee and has served as Pro Bono Coordinator in D.C. for more than 12 years. Under her leadership, more than 99 percent of the attorneys in D.C. achieved or surpassed the Firm’s pro bono goal for 2017. Jenny has litigated or supervised over 100 pro bono matters in her 20 years at Kirkland. She also serves as a Board member of the Legal Aid D.C., Girls on the Run D.C., and is Co-Chair of the Board of the Washington Lawyers Committee for Civil Rights.
