Position: Senior Advice & Counsel Associate/Of Counsel
Location: Irvine, Los Angeles, and San Diego, CA
Description: Fisher Phillips is seeking an associate or of counsel with 7 years of employment law experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in counseling employers on day-to-day employment issues, drafting and reviewing employment policies and procedures, handling ADA and FMLA matters, drafting employment contracts, providing management and employee training, and conducting workplace investigations. Prior experience providing advice and counseling on employment law related matters is required.
Candidates must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidates will be self-starters with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team. Admission to the California Bar is required. This position is available in the firm’s Irvine, Los Angeles, and San Diego offices.

The yearly salary for this position is $260,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
