Description: Pierson Ferdinand LLP (“PierFerd”) actively seeks Junior Partner candidates in all U.S. locations across our Litigation, Corporate, Intellectual Property, and Employment Departments. Qualifications: Junior Partner candidates should have a minimum of five (5) years prior legal experience practicing in either a large law firm environment (Am Law, Magic/Silver Circle, or Law360-ranked firm), regional or boutique firms, federal and state government, or senior in-house role. Partner candidates must be admitted to the bar in at least one jurisdiction and have a minimum portable book of $350,000. Candidates must take ownership over their matters, be highly responsive, practice proactively, and place an emphasis on ethics.
