ArentFox Schiff LLP is seeking a transactional/regulatory attorney with substantial expertise in the 1940 Act including IAA (Investment Advisory Act) and ICA (Investor Company Act). Experience working for the SEC or for a law firm in this area of law is preferred. This position will focus on work within the market regulation practice of the firm. It is a great opportunity for a partner/counsel level candidate who would like to supplement their book of business with additional work or for someone that would like a part time opportunity. The title for this position is flexible. The position offers a rare opportunity to join a nationally recognized corporate practice in a large national law firm. We will consider candidates regardless of office location. Remote work is an option depending on jurisdiction.

Qualifications: Transactional/regulatory attorney with substantial expertise in the 1940 Act including IAA (Investment Advisory Act) and ICA (Investor Company Act). Experience working for the SEC or for a law firm in this area of law is preferred.

The good faith base salary range for this position is a minimum of $200,000 to a maximum of $350,000 per year. The actual salary rate offered to candidates within that range will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, years of relevant experience, education, applicable bar admissions, FTE, and the candidate’s overall qualifications for the position as assessed by the Firm.
