Anne Marie (Annie) Estevez is a board-certified complex and class action labor and employment, commercial, and public accommodations litigator and partner at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. She defends and advises clients in all aspects of employment law, consumer class actions, wage and hour matters, discrimination, and Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) public accessibility matters, from “brick and mortar” to technology issues. With her ADA team, Annie has authored Public Accommodations Under the Americans with Disabilities Act for 12 years and is the global co-leader of Morgan Lewis’s retail and ecommerce industry team.
Applying her 25 years of practice, Annie often serves as a mediator in complex cases for peers managing employment, public accessibility, and consumer claims. She negotiates executive contracts and represents clients in government investigations by the US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and US Department of Justice, as well as other federal and state government agencies.
For years, Annie has received top rankings by publications including Chambers, BTI, Human Resource Executive, Law Dragon, and Global Law Experts and has received numerous awards including Accessibility Attorney of the Year, BTI All Star (twice), Hispanic Business Magazine Hispanic Woman of the Year; National Finalist, and top labor and employment lawyer in numerous publications.
Since 2014, in addition to being a full-time partner, Annie has served, pro bono, as General Counsel of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus Institute, a nonprofit, nonpartisan organization focused on educating, empowering, and connecting our least-privileged Latino youth to develop them into future leaders of our country.
