MCCA Calendar of Events
As part of the effort to retain talent and strengthen the pipeline, MCCA hosts conferences and events throughout the year that focus on professional development, education, and networking.
These events are opportunities to build relationships, expand career skill sets, and foster business development. Through these programs, attorneys from a diversity of backgrounds will be better equipped to advance in corporate and law firm environments and mentor those behind them as well.

The MCCA Gala features an elegant networking reception and a seated dinner awards program honoring individuals, corporate legal departments, and law firms championing inclusion in the legal profession, entertainment, and a celebration of our resilient community.

TOWN HALLS
MCCA hosts 60-minute Town Halls to connect with our members, sponsors, and prospective members and introduce experts and special guest speakers to discuss pressing issues regarding inclusion in the legal profession.

In addition to the events listed above, MCCA offers several invite-only professional development programs tailored for senior, junior and mid-level attorneys. Additional information on how to apply for these programs will be added on our website soon.
C-SUITE LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The C-Suite Leadership (“CSL”) Program is a professional development curriculum by and for leaders in the legal community to effectively change the landscape for C-Suite general counsel at Fortune 500 companies.
MCCA has restructured the CSL Program to offer three distinct levels of engagement, ensuring tailored development opportunities for participants at various stages of their careers.
The Equity Track
The Equity Track Program was developed to address the lack of diversity within the equity partnership levels at majority law firms as reported by our Law Firm Diversity Survey. It is a twelve-month program that selects ten income partners at major law firms. It is designed to achieve three goals: identify, develop and promote partners, including those from underrepresented racial/ethnic groups, to achieve and maintain equity status within their firms.

SOURCES OF SUCCESS
The Sources of Success Program (the “Program”) is a twelve-month professional development program tailored for mid-career women and diverse attorneys from corporate legal departments and law firms. The focus is on identifying successful career strategies and allowing attorneys to develop leadership and management skills, as well as an opportunity for attorneys to find the right mentor to guide their career advancement.
