Charlene Jones is a Director and Associate General Counsel at Citigroup, where she is responsible for litigation matters concerning the Institutional Clients Group and serves as a member of the legal department’s Global Diversity Council. Prior to Citi, Charlene was a litigation associate in the New York office of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Charlene received her B.A. with honors from New York University and her J.D. from New York University School of Law. Given her belief that it is important to give back to one’s community, Charlene devotes substantial time to various pro bono endeavors, including, most recently, serving as a volunteer and mentor with Legal Outreach and volunteering for Sanctuary for Families’ Green Card Assistance Project. She is a member of SIFMA’s Compliance & Legal Society’s Future Leaders Committee. Charlene also serves on the Board of Directors for the Urban Justice Center.
