Position: Litigation/White Collar Associate
Location: Washington, DC
Description:
- Attorney for our Washington, DC office sought to assume immediate responsibility in our nationally-recognized White Collar & Government Investigation practice group
- 3 – 4 years of experience with matters involving white collar criminal defense, government investigations related to civil and criminal enforcement matters, Securities Exchange Commission or Commodity Futures Trading Commission defense, False Claims Act litigation, and internal investigations strongly preferred
- Prior prosecutorial or government investigative experience strongly preferred
- District clerkship and/or appellate clerkship strongly preferred
- Applicants must be academically distinguished, have excellent writing and analytical skills, high attention to detail, and an ability to work under pressure with multiple deadlines
- Language skills in German, Spanish, or Korean are a plus
