Candidates will have the opportunity to join our unique practice that represents some of New York’s most popular restaurants and boutique hotels. Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (JD) required. Must be licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Strong research, writing skills, and academic record.
- Experience as a first-chair handling arbitrations concerning discrimination and/or wage and hour claims.
- Experience counseling on New York State and New York City employment matters.
- Familiarity with NY State hospitality wage order strongly preferred.
