Position: Advice & Counseling Associate/Of Counsel

Description: The Los Angeles office of Fisher Phillips seeks an associate or of counsel with 5+ years of employment law experience. The ideal candidate will have experience counseling employers on day-to-day employment issues, drafting and reviewing employment policies and procedures, experience with ADA and FMLA issues, drafting employment contracts, providing management and employee training and prior experience with workplace investigations. Prior HR experience is preferred.​

Qualifications: Candidate must have excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted in California.

The yearly salary range for this position is $220,000 – $240,000. Actual base pay within this range will be determined by several components, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, skills, qualifications, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
