Energy Transactional Associate

Description: McGuireWoods is seeking an associate to join its Energy Transactional practice in the Houston or Austin office. Qualified candidates will have 2-5 years of law firm mergers & acquisitions experience, preferably in the energy sector. Experience with renewable energy, oil & gas, project development or project finance is helpful. This is a terrific opportunity to join a dynamic and growing energy practice with a strong emphasis on the acquisition, development, and financing of renewable energy projects and power generation assets. Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client business and legal teams. Licensed to practice in Texas preferred.
