Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have two to three years of litigation experience and a demonstrated interest in energy law. Significant experience in brief writing is essential; experience in administrative law proceedings is preferred but not required. The candidate will joining a Philadelphia-based practice group focused on the representation of utilities (electric, gas and water) on state energy issues and working closely with Morgan Lewis’ leading energy transactions practice, advising clients on renewable energy and corporate sustainability. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials, as well as strong organization, research, writing and analytical skills.
