MCCA Summer Internship Program
The Minority Corporate Counsel Association (“MCCA”) is committed to advance the hiring, retention and promotion of diverse lawyers in law departments and law firms by providing research, best practices, professional development and training; and through pipeline initiatives. The MCCA Summer Internship Program, beginning in June 2017, will allow interns to further hone their researching capabilities and directly contribute to this country’s leading diversity and inclusion organization in the legal profession.
The Senior Accountant position is an engaged, hands-on role where you will manage a wide spectrum of accounting needs, giving you a unique view of the entire enterprise. In this newly created Senior Accountant position, you will support the chief operating officer (COO) of our small organization to ensure the continuation of clean audits. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the timely and accurate reporting of monthly billing and closings, monthly and quarterly reporting, payroll, budgeting, expense entries, deposits, and credit card reconciliation. This role requires exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. We have proficient accounting processes and will rely on you to keep things running accurately, efficiently, and on time.
Counsel, Director of Training and Membership Development
MCCA is seeking a Counsel, Director of Training and Membership Development to lead MCCA’s member relations’ efforts, including strategizing, planning for, and implementing activities and services that provide value to members and promote membership retention and growth. S/he will lead the Association’s efforts to understand, articulate, and respond to the needs of members while enhancing MCCA’s earned revenues through business development and sponsorships.
Membership and Development Manager
MCCA is seeking a Membership and Development Manager to plan, direct, coordinate and administer MCCA’s membership process. S/he will be responsible for implementing membership development strategies, renewal processes, and communicating benefits to members and potential members. This individual will work closely with the Counsel, Director of Development and Training to understand, articulate and respond to the needs of members while enhancing MCCA’S earned revenues through business development and sponsorships.

Hot Jobs Email Blast -- MCCA sends out an email blast of Hot Job announcements to our network on the last Friday of every month. MCCA member companies and MCCA FAN law firms, wishing to advertise their open positions to our diverse network may participate in MCCA's Hot Jobs email blast. This service is provided in addition to the MCCA Job Bank, which allows users to post job announcements online to the MCCA website. Members who would like to submit a job announcement to be included in the MCCA Hot Jobs email blast should email MCCA, at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive the requisite form. All forms must be submitted by 5:00 pm EST on the 20th of the month before the listings are to be sent.
2017 Diversity & Inclusion Law Department Summer Internship Program
The Law Department at Bristol-Myers Squibb invites law students to submit applications for our 2017 Diversity & Inclusion Law Department Summer Internship Program. We are seeking qualified law students of diverse backgrounds who are interested in obtaining a unique experience within a world-class corporate law environment. First year students are preferred, but students at different stages of their legal education will be considered, including LLM students. Summer internships are not expected to lead to an offer of full-time employment.
