The survey link is now available for the 2016 MCCA Sustaining Pathways to Diversity® Comprehensive Examination of Diversity Demographics, Initiatives, and Policies in Corporate Legal Departments (“MCCA Corporate Demographic Survey”). As with the 2010 study, we are again partnering with the NALP Foundation.
Workplace 2020: What Gen Y Attorneys Experience & Expect
The study is an exploration of legal workplaces from the perspective of Gen Y or Millennial attorneys.
A web-based survey was developed, which focused on the perceptions and experiences of Gen Y attorneys in a variety of areas relevant to their selection of employers, their experiences with and expectations of their employers, and their overall perspectives on the legal profession.
MCCA found that Millennial attorneys identified five critical factors when selecting an employer: geographical location, the opportunity to do meaningful work, the opportunity to work with great colleagues, learning/training opportunities, and the opportunity to learn from proven experts/leaders.
